Miguel Anaya is an Artist/Performer/Photographer based in NYC.
He was recipient of the Jocelyn Benzakin Fellowship at ICP and was part of the Eddie Adams Workshop #23.

What immersive theater means to Jack:
Immersive has given me the ability to reimagine intimacy as a performer. It's the first time that the veil between performer & audience was stretched so thin. I remember my first experience as an audience member at an immersive show destroyed me completely, and being on the other side has taught me the immense care, excitement, and magic lies in that proximity and interaction.

Haylee Nichele, graduated from the Juilliard School in 2011 with a BFA in dance. Ever since graduation immersive theater has been a huge part of her life and career. In the immersive world she has worked for Punchdrunk's Sleep No More, Third Rail Projects Then She Fell, The Speakeasy Society's The Johnny Cycle, Capital W's one woman show Red Flags. With director Justin Denton she has acted in the Hololense Legion Experience for SDCC, originated the role of Marley in Chained: A Victorian Nightmare, and co-directed CREATURE an immersive dance ritual.

“After doing Sleep No More for 7 years, I prefer doing immersive theater over dancing on a proscenium stage. I like interacting with all the props and sets and having the audience all around wearing the masks. It felt as if I was surrounded by spirits. Every night as soon as I heard the first drone of the sound track I was ready to go into the hotel where we were allowed to create a world that the audience could view no matter how intimate or violent. This was live theater at its best. “

Ava Lee Scott is a versatile artist. She’s been acting in film, television and theater for over 20 years. She received her first NY Times review in 1998 performing at the Joyce Soho and was first mentioned in Variety Players in 2000 in a @martinscorsese_ produced film.
