What Is This?

Please join us for a virtual benefit to celebrate and raise funds for the cast, crew, and staff of NYC’s immersive theater world impacted by COVID-19.

Friday, October 30th
at 9:00 pm ET

It’s time for immersive fans to give back.

Immersive theater lays bare our need and longing for authentic human connection. NYC’s eclectic galaxy of immersive theater productions has entertained and moved millions of audience members. From intimate experiences built for one person to six-story buildings built for 400 guests, in candle-lit closets, re-imagined historic buildings, and surreal fantasy landscapes sealed into old warehouses, immersive shows help us connect to our deeper truths. Today, however, the people who lovingly made these experiences a reality for us are struggling.

We can’t attend live immersive events right now, but we can support the cast, crew, and staff of immersive shows who are unsure when their next payday is coming, who are no longer receiving unemployment stimulus help, and who have no idea when NYC theaters will open their doors to flesh-and-bone audiences again.

Mysterious hosts. A party in an abandoned house. A place where lost things and lost people can be found. Join us at The Lost Halloween.

Join us on Friday, October 30, at 9:00 pm ET, for a live Zoom showcase of immersive artists to celebrate and raise funds for the cast, crew, and staff of NYC’s immersive theater world.

This is a Halloween dress-up live event with "dress code strictly enforced" a.k.a. do what you want. Camera-on is optional, costumes are encouraged, bring your own champagne cocktail. The show features immersive performers, but is not immersive in nature. That said, you may stumble upon some delightful surprises. Your favorite immersive entertainers will be performing songs, dance, monologues, burlesque, drag, and unique offerings you just have to see to experience.

Tickets to this event are free with the goal of raising emergency funds for immersive artists and workers.

NOTE: 100% of your gift will be given directly to immersive artists and workers who request support. Any gift made to the GoFundMe is a personal gift and is NOT tax deductible. One of our team members is handling the GoFundMe fund and will disperse the donations directly to individual folks in need. We are a group of immersive fans who have volunteered to create and self-fund this event and fundraiser, with every dollar raised going directly to immersive artists and workers. We are not affiliated with any arts organization, charitable organization, or theatre company.
